The surah's big idea

With every hardship comes ease

What did I learn from the surah?

  1. 1. An open heart
Did We not open your heart, O Prophet, peace be upon him, and make it wide for faith and goodness? We lifted from you the heavy load that tired your back, and raised your name high.
  2. 2. With hardship comes ease
So do not let your enemies' harm stop you from spreading the message, for with hardship comes ease, truly with hardship comes ease.
  3. 3. Turn to your Lord
So when you have finished your work and tasks, strive in worship, and turn to your Lord alone in hope for what He has.
