Al-Ma'arij 70:19–21
Created impatient
۞ إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ خُلِقَ هَلُوعًا ١٩ إِذَا مَسَّهُ ٱلشَّرُّ جَزُوعًۭا ٢٠ وَإِذَا مَسَّهُ ٱلْخَيْرُ مَنُوعًا ٢١
The meaning, simply
Man was created anxious and impatient: when something bad touches him he panics, and when something good touches him he keeps it from others.
