Surah Al-Jinn
Paper-cut picture from Surah Al-Jinn: a valley at dawn where several paths spread out in different directions, one path lit warmly by the rising sun leading up a green hill
Al-Jinn 72:11–13

When we heard the guidance

The meaning, simply

They said: among us are the righteous and others who are not; we were groups going different ways. We are sure that we cannot escape Allah on earth or by running away. When we heard the guidance, we believed in it; whoever believes in his Lord fears no loss and no wrong.
