Al-Qiyamah 75:16–19
Do not rush it
لَا تُحَرِّكْ بِهِۦ لِسَانَكَ لِتَعْجَلَ بِهِۦٓ ١٦ إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا جَمْعَهُۥ وَقُرْءَانَهُۥ ١٧ فَإِذَا قَرَأْنَٰهُ فَٱتَّبِعْ قُرْءَانَهُۥ ١٨ ثُمَّ إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا بَيَانَهُۥ ١٩
The meaning, simply
O Prophet, do not move your tongue with the Quran in a hurry to memorise it. It is for Us to gather it in your heart and to make you recite it. When Gabriel recites it to you, listen, then follow its recitation; then it is for Us to explain it.
