Al-Qiyamah 75:26–30
To your Lord is the journey
كَلَّآ إِذَا بَلَغَتِ ٱلتَّرَاقِىَ ٢٦ وَقِيلَ مَنْ ۜ رَاقٍۢ ٢٧ وَظَنَّ أَنَّهُ ٱلْفِرَاقُ ٢٨ وَٱلْتَفَّتِ ٱلسَّاقُ بِٱلسَّاقِ ٢٩ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ يَوْمَئِذٍ ٱلْمَسَاقُ ٣٠
The meaning, simply
When the soul reaches the top of the chest, and it is said: who can cure him? And he is sure it is the time of parting, and the end of this world joins the start of the next, then to your Lord on that Day all servants will be driven.
