Abasa 80:8–10
While he fears Allah
وَأَمَّا مَن جَآءَكَ يَسْعَىٰ ٨ وَهُوَ يَخْشَىٰ ٩ فَأَنتَ عَنْهُ تَلَهَّىٰ ١٠
The meaning, simply
But the one who came to you eagerly, while he fears Allah, from him you were distracted.
