At-Takwir 81:26–29
So where are you going?
فَأَيْنَ تَذْهَبُونَ ٢٦ إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا ذِكْرٌۭ لِّلْعَٰلَمِينَ ٢٧ لِمَن شَآءَ مِنكُمْ أَن يَسْتَقِيمَ ٢٨ وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ٢٩
The meaning, simply
So where are you going? The Quran is only a reminder for all people, for whoever of you wants to go straight. And you cannot will anything unless Allah, Lord of the worlds, wills.
