Al-Mutaffifin 83:18–21
Illiyyun
كَلَّآ إِنَّ كِتَٰبَ ٱلْأَبْرَارِ لَفِى عِلِّيِّينَ ١٨ وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا عِلِّيُّونَ ١٩ كِتَٰبٌۭ مَّرْقُومٌۭ ٢٠ يَشْهَدُهُ ٱلْمُقَرَّبُونَ ٢١
The meaning, simply
Truly, the record of the righteous is in the high places of Paradise. And what will make you know what Illiyyun is? A register already written, witnessed by those brought near among the angels.
