Al-Ghashiyah 88:23–26
To Us is their return
إِلَّا مَن تَوَلَّىٰ وَكَفَرَ ٢٣ فَيُعَذِّبُهُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْعَذَابَ ٱلْأَكْبَرَ ٢٤ إِنَّ إِلَيْنَآ إِيَابَهُمْ ٢٥ ثُمَّ إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا حِسَابَهُم ٢٦
The meaning, simply
But whoever turns away from the reminder and insists on disbelief, Allah will punish with the greatest punishment. To Allah is their return after death, and then upon Him is their account.
