Surah Al-Alaq
Paper-cut picture from Surah Al-Alaq: an empty gathering place of old stone benches under a dark stormy sky, the benches abandoned, wind blowing dry leaves across the ground
Al-Alaq 96:15–18

His friends cannot help him

The meaning, simply

No! If he does not stop his harm, We will seize him by the front of his head, for he is lying in what he says and sinful in what he does. Let him call his friends to help him; Allah will call the angels of punishment.
