Who we are

Suwar Quran is a free educational site operated by GarnLoop Inc. For any privacy question, write to suwarquran@gmail.com.

Nothing about the child

No accounts and no sign-up forms. We never ask for a child's name, email, photo, voice or location.

What stays on your device

Your browser keeps four things on your device only: the language, the lessons you marked as understood, the reciter you chose, and whether you turned on auto-continue for the recitation. None of it leaves the device, and we never see it.

Visit counts without cookies

We count visits with four tools: Cloudflare Web Analytics, Vercel Web Analytics, Ahrefs Web Analytics and Google Analytics, and we use Microsoft Clarity to see where visitors tap and how far they scroll, so we can improve the lessons. All of them run without cookies, and Clarity masks every piece of text typed or shown on screen; it sees no names and no messages. They see the page visited, the site you came from, the country, and the device and browser type. The provider processes your IP address to complete the request; we do not keep it or tie it to a person. Google's advertising signals are fully switched off.

Hosting and protection

The site is hosted on Vercel and served through Cloudflare. Both keep short technical logs (address, time, page) to run the service and protect it from attacks, under their own policies. We never use these logs to identify anyone.

If you write to us

If you send a mistake report or a message to suwarquran@gmail.com, we see your address and your message. We use them only to reply and to fix the lesson. We never share them or add you to any mailing list, and we delete them whenever you ask.

No ads, no social features

No advertising next to the Quran, ever. No chat, no comments, no followers.

For children, with a parent

The site is meant to be used by a child together with a parent. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from a child. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we delete it at once.

Deleting data

What the browser kept, you clear yourself in the browser settings (clear site data). Anything you emailed us, we delete when you ask.

Where the meanings come from

Meanings are adapted from Al-Tafsir Al-Muyassar and rewritten for a child; Sherif Alkady reviewed and signed every lesson before it went live. The Quran text is Tanzil's Hafs text; recitations come from everyayah.com, in the voices you can pick from on every lesson.
