Al-Infitar 82:17–19
That Day the command is Allah's
وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا يَوْمُ ٱلدِّينِ ١٧ ثُمَّ مَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا يَوْمُ ٱلدِّينِ ١٨ يَوْمَ لَا تَمْلِكُ نَفْسٌۭ لِّنَفْسٍۢ شَيْـًۭٔا ۖ وَٱلْأَمْرُ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لِّلَّهِ ١٩
The meaning, simply
And what will make you know what the Day of Recompense is? Again, what will make you know? It is the Day when no soul can do anything for another, and the command that Day belongs to Allah alone.
